2. Service Description

AI Miniatur Pro provides AI-powered photo miniaturization services using Google's nano-banana model. The Service transforms user-uploaded photos into miniature-style images for personal and commercial use.

Our Service includes both free and premium tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Account and Usage

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account using Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3.2 Usage Limits

• Free users: 10 initial credits upon signup, with queue-based processing
• Each miniature generation consumes 10 credits
• Premium users have unlimited access with priority processing
• One-time package credits expire after 30 days

4. User Content and Privacy

We respect your privacy. Images are processed locally and temporarily for generation purposes only. We do not store your original images or generated results on our servers.

You retain all rights to your uploaded images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
• Not use the Service for illegal activities or to harm others

6. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled securely through Creem. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.

6.1 Subscription Terms

• Monthly subscriptions: Auto-renewal, cancel anytime
• Annual subscriptions: Auto-renewal, 7-day refund window
• One-time packages: No refunds, 30-day credit validity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its technology, design, and content, is owned by AI Miniatur Pro and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated images are created using AI technology. You receive a license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
