2. Monthly Subscription

No Refunds Available

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • Access remains active until period end
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
  • Credits already earned remain valid until their expiration date
  • Service continues with full functionality during paid period

3. Annual Subscription

7-Day Refund Window

Annual subscriptions are eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

Refund Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Payment processing fees will be deducted
  • Used credits will be calculated and deducted from refund amount
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refund Calculation:

Refund Amount = Original Payment - Processing Fees - (Used Credits × Credit Value)

4. One-Time Credit Packages

Generally Non-Refundable

One-time credit packages are generally non-refundable due to their digital nature and immediate availability.

  • Credits are available immediately after purchase
  • Credits expire 30 days after purchase
  • All sales are typically final

Special Circumstances:

Refunds may be considered for technical issues that prevent service use. Customer service review is required for all one-time package refund requests.

5. Subscription Management & Cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • Credits preserved: All earned credits remain valid until expiration
  • No additional charges: Automatic renewal is disabled
  • Data retention: Account and history remain accessible

6. EU Users - Cooling-Off Period Waiver

Important Notice for EU Customers

Under EU consumer protection laws, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, for digital services that begin immediately:

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately
  • You expressly waive your 14-day cooling-off period
  • This waiver applies to all digital service purchases

This waiver is required to provide immediate access to credits and services.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
